Who we are

CREAM CUSHION DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, company number 14396752, registered in England and Wales, 37 St. Johns Road, Sidcup, England, DA14 4HD ("CREAM", "we").

We decide how your data is used. Questions about your data: message us in the chat where we answered your application, or write to our registered address above.

What we collect and why

When you apply, we collect what you enter in the form: the name you want us to use, your age, your country of citizenship and city, how to reach you (Telegram, WhatsApp or LINE), the platforms you are on and links to your pages and social media, how many hours a day you can film, where you would film, what you film on, your level of English, which kinds of content you are ready to film and which toys you have, and the photos or videos you upload.

Your answers about content and your photos are sensitive. We ask for them only because they are what the work is about, and only with your consent — the box you tick before sending the form.

We also record the IP address the application was sent from, to protect the form from abuse.

We use all of it for one thing: to decide whether we can work together and to answer you. A person reads every application. Nothing is decided automatically.

We do not ask for your documents, bank details or payment address on this website.

If we start working together, the data we need for that is covered by your agreement with us.

Legal basis

We process your application because you asked us to consider it (steps before a contract) and, for the sensitive parts, because you gave your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by asking us to delete your application.

We keep backups and security records because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the data safe.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside our team. We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.

We use these providers to run the service, and only for that:

• Hetzner Online GmbH — our servers and backups, in the European Union.
• Telegram — each application, with its photos and videos, is delivered to our team's private chat. We also write to you there if you chose Telegram.
• WhatsApp or LINE — only if you chose one of them as the way to reach you.

We may disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If we do not start working together, we delete your application and your files 6 months after you applied, so that you can write again if your situation changes. You can ask us to delete them earlier, at any time.

If we work together, we keep them while we work together and for as long as the law requires after that.

Backups are overwritten within 14 days, so deleted data leaves them too.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools. This website loads nothing from other companies' servers, and we do not track you across other websites.

The application form saves your answers in your browser, on your device, so that you do not lose them if the page reloads. They are removed from the browser when you send the form, or after 24 hours.

Only adults

This website is for people aged 18 or older. If the age entered in the form is under 18, the application is refused and nothing from it is kept.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, stop using it, or send you a copy. Message us in the chat where we answered your application, or write to our registered address above. We answer within one month, free of charge.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
